General Terms and Acceptance

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba345 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ba345's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ba345's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
